Trauma-informed therapy for individuals and couples seeking clarity, connection, and peace.
Culturally responsive, relational care grounded in understanding the “why” behind patterns so meaningful change can follow.
KET Psychological Group provides thoughtful, trauma-informed therapy for individuals and couples across California. Our work is grounded in culturally responsive, relational care that honors lived experience, identity, and the impact of trauma. We support people navigating relationships, life transitions, and the emotional weight of responsibility, while helping them move toward greater clarity and peace.

We work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity concerns, life transitions, and the pressures of responsibility. Therapy focuses on understanding the “why” behind emotional patterns and supporting clients in making more intentional choices that bring clarity and peace. Trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR, are integrated as appropriate.

Couples work is also a central focus of our practice. We work with couples across relationship structures, including monogamous and consensually non-monogamous relationships. Our approach supports partners in understanding relational patterns, improving communication, strengthening emotional safety, and fostering connection. Couples work is informed by relational and Gottman-based frameworks and adapted to each couple’s values and needs.

We work closely with individuals and families from multicultural and immigrant backgrounds, with particular experience supporting Asian American and Latinx communities. Therapy explores identity, intergenerational patterns, and cultural expectations in a respectful and affirming way.
“I believe you already have what you need within you, and my role is to help you understand the ‘why’ so you can make clearer choices and move toward greater peace.”
